Hi all
I workout 5 days a week and when I input this on to my daily diary it calculates how many calories burned and adds them on thus allowing me more calories to eat. Does anyone else do this or is it best not to and stick to as low calories as possible even though I'm exercising. Thanks

If you are using MFP as intended you eat them back. MFP isn't trying to sabatoge you or trick you - that would be a terrible business plan for a weight loss site.1

It's best to stick to as high an intake as possible whilst still achieving your chosen rate of weight loss - assuming you have selected an appropriate rate of loss of course....
You are going to have to account for exercise when you get to goal weight so why not learn the skill now?1
