Healthy food binge?
I was a little hungry and craving something sweet, so I had a banana , and a piece of chocolate. But then I ate more. In total I had, A whole avocado Two bananas 100g tofu 4 pieces dark chocolate Yogurt w/ 2 tbsp maple syrup 200g roasted pumpkin Healthy foods, but it was a binge... Was my body craving sugars and fats?

Do I eat too much tofu ?
Hi guys. I'm not looking to gain weight/muscles/bulk, only to lose fat. MFP recommended I have 105g of protein a day, and I eat one half block (150g) of tofu each day in addition to proteins of other plant and lean animal sources to match my requirements.
