I was a little hungry and craving something sweet, so I had a banana , and a piece of chocolate. But then I ate more. In total I had,
A whole avocado
Two bananas
100g tofu
4 pieces dark chocolate
Yogurt w/ 2 tbsp maple syrup
200g roasted pumpkin

Healthy foods, but it was a binge... Was my body craving sugars and fats?

You ate a bit excessively in the moment but that was not a binge.

It was a small amount of food and you stopped.

An episode of binge eating is characterized by both of the following:
Eating, in a discrete period of time (e.g., within any 2-hour period), an amount of food that is definitely larger than what most people would eat in a similar period of time under similar circumstances.
A sense of lack of control over eating during the episode (e.g., a feeling that one cannot stop eating or control what or how much one is eating).
The binge eating episodes are associated with three (or more) of the following:
Eating much more rapidly than normal.
    Eating until feeling uncomfortably full.
Eating large amounts of food when not feeling physically hungry.
Eating alone because of feeling embarrassed by how much one is eating.
Feeling disgusted with oneself, depressed, or very guilty afterward.

Onward from that is some things that would show signs of binge eating disorder but that does not apply here.

My guess is you have been restrictive and you just wanted those foods.

You were hungry. So you ate. Problem solved. Perhaps you were hungrier than you thought.

Yes, when you are hungry you should eat.
