More carbs = less energy???
Have any of you upped your carbs after keto and found that you have less energy? I was doing strict keto for about 6 months or so, then when I reached my goal weight, I added in more calories and carbs. Upping carbs= wanting to eat more??
I’ve been doing keto, and I recently reached my goal weight, so I upped my carbs from 20g net carbs to 50g total carbs, and added about 250 calories. Now, I find that I want to eat a lot more. I don’t have cravings for anything in particular, but I feel like I just want to eat. Has anyone else experienced this?

Potassium amounts...
I've been doing keto for a couple weeks now. I feel great, but my potassium is never anywhere near the recommended amount. I have potassium pills and that alternative salt that is all potassium.
