Loss of motivation
Who else is like me! I'm on my second week of my Keno diet and I'm starting to lose motiviation and get board. What do you do to keep that motiviation going?

10 days progress
I'm doing the cycling keno diet. Here is my 10 day progress. My initial weight is wrong don't know how to fix it but in 10 days I've lost 8 lbs almost and my body is going back to an athletic body shape. Still got about 20 more lbs to go. But this is going to be my forever life style.
