Hello my name is Lamies I'm 5.7 and weight 157 and my ideal weight is 130-135. I started the Kenogetic diet and and excerise routine even though I work out almost 4-6 days a week depending on family work and other obligation. Work out range from rollerblading, racquetball, Pilates, Brazilian Jui-Jitsu .. hopefully this diet and change in habits would help me with my weight loss once in for all. Good luck to everyone. I would like to learn new Keno diet recipes if you have to share.
For those who don't know Kenogetic diet is a 0-very very low carb diet . It's all about Fats protein and veggies.
