Down hill
Ive been on a diet for about 6 maybe 7 months no cheat days no issue lost weight and everything. Recently this month ive been binge eating alot and I tell my self not to but idk When ever i start recently can't stop and gained 7 pounds :(

Exercise Bike Resistance gone
How do I fix the Resistance of the bike? I tried online things i'm using a Costway Exercise bike $62 one. It had good Resistance for the first 2 months but it's just gone. Any fix?

According to this with my workouts i should be consuming 3,200 calories a day? I'm only eating 1400-2100 5'7 and a half 130 pounds.

Gaining weight on burning 1k Calories
I eat about 1400-1900 Depending on what day it is. I walk 1-3 Hours daily And Use the stationary bike 3hours daily Also Weights and other cardio. And ive been gaining weight since ive been on the 1k burning. I weigh 134 I was 131 Any help??? Also I'm 5'7 18 Male

I eat About 1900 Calories a day and burn 1200-1500 A day and my net is 700-400 Is that good or bad?
