3,200 for someone your size seems extremely high. Are you trying to gain weight? Or what kind of workout numbers are you adding and what are you doing to get them?2

Yes. You're already on the low end of the weight chart, what are you wanting to lose?0

I do stationary bike and walking mainly.
But 30 minutes of weights also
Walking 1-3 hours daily
Stationary bike 2-4 Hours daily Moderately0 -
If you are exercising that much then you should be eating close to what the app is giving you because that is overkill when it comes to exercise. You also do not want to be losing anymore weight. Personally I think you need to see a doctor ASAP to discuss your eating habits and exercise amounts.6

You definitely need to fuel your workouts and activities.
What are your goals? Are you losing weight at your current intake and at what rate?0 -
I'm losing about a pound every 4 days0

a pound to 20

Yea that is too fast. You need to eat more. Especially with your stats you will definitely be losing muscle too, not sure that's what you want!2

Definitely eat more or exercise less - or a combo of the two. At your size you shouldn't be losing more than a half lb a week or so if any with as small as you are. Why are you trying to lose weight? Maybe you'd be better off with a lifting program if you're not happy with your body composition.0

Hi, OP. So you're exercising 3.5 to 7.5 hours daily (where do you even find time for that?), you're 5'7" (so am I), and you weigh 130? What is your goal weight, and why are you even losing almost 2 lbs a week?0

I workout mostly during the night i pop a caffeine pill and workout then crash. I walk during the day. And why I'm tryna lose belly fat than weight tbh0

Did you read the responses to your earlier threads? You got some really good advice about why you should perhaps stop trying to lose weight and perhaps consider building some muscle to get the effect you want.4
