Should you eat back the calories from exercise?
Example If I eat 1500 and burn 900?

Yes, that is how MFP is set up. However, it's generally recommended to start with only eating back 50-75% of exercise cals, as the burns given by MFP and most exercise machines are often inflated. Do that for 4-6 weeks, then reassess based on your weight loss. If you are losing faster than predicted, increase your calories in, if you're losing slower, decrease.1

Yes - but only eat them all if you are sure they are accurate. I could never burn 900 calories in exercise so if I saw that number for example I would only eat 1/3 because I know that would be realistic for me. It might take a bit of trial and error to find what is reasonable for you.0
