Increasing Activity
I’ve been recovering from emergency surgery since Nov 21st. Saw my doctor yesterday and I’m increasing my number of walking steps from 1500 to 2000+ per day. Day 2 of this and loving it but is it normal that my stomach muscles are now sore? Jessica
