Not really loosing
Well been on 1200 cals per day , not really loosing much... so reset to lightly active (running/ weight training 3/4 times a week) mfp gave me another 490 cals.... so going to try this for a few weeks .fingers crossed

Calve cramps
OMG being woken every nite, my calves are like rocks and so painful, only doing 2/3 sessions running pans some weights.. they are good all day just in the middle of the night..... any suggestions? Thanks peeps
