How do we change our percentage, my is set at 50/30/20? Thanks guys, new at this

    If you're new, you can go with the default for a while. When you know why you want to change it, you will know how.

    I do not follow macros. I have enough problems trying to meet 70 grams a day protein (my goal). Daily minimum for women is 46/day.
    I tend to watch my micros more such as calcium, saturated fat, sodium, potassium.
