Calories from steps not syncing
Since yesterday the steps linked via my Health app have not been adjusting the Exercise calories burned in the MFP app. The number of steps are syncing however the 0 is not changing why is this and how do I fix it?

I've only lost 1kg with 3 weeks of logging, I need motivation as I thought I would've lost more by now! Yes I am logging accurately..

Taking a day off..?
If I take a day where I don't abide my by my recommended calorie intake for weightless does this mean the whole past week of 'being good'have gone to waste? Is it possible to put weight back on after one day ?
