Need motivation!

I've only lost 1kg with 3 weeks of logging, I need motivation as I thought I would've lost more by now! Yes I am logging accurately..

    You can do this it take time it wont happen over night dont give up you will get to where u want to be just keep your head up you got this keep working for your goal and you will make it in no time

    It's working. If you are dissatisfied, rethink. Not crediting yourself for success is how your own brain will wreck you.

    Unless you are facing a dangerous health crisis, there's no need to be in a rush. It's more important to be satisfied with the life you're living while losing. You will be more likely to stay with it. Number one cause of failure of weight loss efforts is quitting.

    Your body has to adjust! It's why so many people give up too early... me included lol. When you start being healthy, eating right and working out.. you'll be gaining muscle and losing fat... but they weigh the same. So you have to wait it out. It takes a few days for food to turn into fat. So it'll take a while to lose it. I'm sorry, I'm not so good at getting my thoughts straight and understandable.
