Calculating BMR and TDEE
When calculating BMR and TDEE, do you use current weight or goal weight? I've been eating what MFP gives me, which is 1200/day + some exercise cals... but there is a function to calculate BMR on MFP as well and it puts my current BMR at 1550. Am I undereating? Stats: 5ft 6ins, 80kg, 28y/o F.

I'm going away for a week and won't have access to a microwave or fridge, any ideas for foods that won't spoil? All i can think of are breakfast bars and fruit, and i don't want to get tempted into eating out all the time.

Not sure how to start
Hi all. I'm just starting out on my fitness journey, losing 5kg with diet alone and now looking to add the exercise. I tried the C25K app yesterday and discovered i can't even run a whole 60 seconds at a time(and you can forget conversational pacing). Any advice? I'm only 28, it seems like it shouldn't be this hard!
