When do you slow down the rate of weight loss?

So I'm South East Asian, female, 28year old, 5ft 6ins. Got from 93kg to 76kg over the last 3-4months at a rate of roughly 1kg a week, eating 1200+about half exercise cals. However over the last couple of weeks i noticed being more hungry (may or may not be related to a change in shift work) and i was wondering when is it time to slow down from maybe 1kg/week loss to 0.5kg (2lbs/week to 1)?
According to SE Asian BMI calculators, the absolute upper limit for "normal" is 64.4kg for me, so about another 10kg (22ish lbs) to go.

Usually people slow their rate of loss down with around 15-20 pounds left to go. Your feeling hungry is a likely indication that you are being aggressive at this point.
Revisit the situation when you have 10 pounds left to go and slow your loss further to .5 a pound a week.

I think that's too fast for so little to go. I'd recommend slowing to 1lb/wk. Not only will this give you more to eat it will help you ease into maintenance which most people will agree is the biggest challenge. I'm all for anything that makes keeping the weight off easier.
Great work, by the way.1
