Soft tofu recipes

Planning to make something with soft tofu, but other than stir frying I'm not really sure what to do with it. Ideas?

    Pumpkin pie. Custard. Vegan Alfredo sauce. Dressing. Endless uses for soft, silken tofu as you that is (IMO) the worse type to use in stir fry because of the texture.

    3.5 oz melted chocolate 2tbs maple syrup and tofu.
    Put tofu in blender and mix till smooth ad in syrup and melted chocolate and Chocolate Mousse.

    and @madwells1 soft tofu is not great for stir fry you should use a firm or extra firm for savory dishes, but the soft is great for sweet things.

    Soft tofu and avocado work great together mashed up into a spread or a dip. You can also add cottage/cream cheese, and mayo as your diet allows. I love it paired with chicken.
