Almost there....
I have four more pounds to go to get to my goal. Problem is for the past three weeks now the scale goes up and down 10 within ten pounds. I am eating the same and not cheating. Walking and doing floor excercises also!! What is going on? Its driving me crazy!!!

Is calories burnt right?
I have been using my fitbit for six months now. Between dieting and lots of walking I lost 46 pounds so far! I have ten more pounds to go. I have a question. I go on the fitbit app and they say I burnt like lets say 1500 calories like If I walk 5 miles. Is it correct?

Keto flu
Ok I have been on Keto diet for six months. I am ten pounds away from my goal. I lost 47 pounds! While on the diet I had the keto flu a few times. But I had it the other day. After six months on this diet I did not think I would still get it? Anyone else have this problem?
