Ok I have been on Keto diet for six months. I am ten pounds away from my goal. I lost 47 pounds!
While on the diet I had the keto flu a few times. But I had it the other day. After six months on this diet I did not think I would still get it? Anyone else have this problem?

I can't say this happened to me. I only got the keto flu in the very first week of starting the diet. Are you getting electrolytes every day?

Hows your sodium levels on the fluey days? Magnesium and potassium?

A cup or so of chicken broth will fix you up pretty quickly if it's a low sodium issue.

Keto flu is an electrolyte imbalance when sodium is low. As mentioned above, salty broth or even a teaspoon of salt with fix that.

Thank you all for the advice. I made an appointment with my doc after I saw your suggestions. I am going to ask for blood work done to see what I am lacking!
