5’2 females, how are you maintaining?
Time is here for me to maintain at 120lbs after a 51lbs loss, woohoooo! Feels so liberating. I work out 6xs a week (3xs a week I run and 3xs a week I lift), I have gained a lot of muscle which i am so happy about. I was wondering, what is your calorie maintenance? Did you see weight go up at first?

Never ending hunger during Ovulation
Any women deal with this too? I feel like no matter what, I am always hungry...moody too....but definitely VERY hungry lol. It is like nothing is really satisfying and I just want something else after I’m done eating. The struggle of being a woman *sigh*

Always cold!
Well I know for a lot of you, like myself, are having to endure this horrific winter weather. I have never liked the cold, but I was able to tolerate it before I lost weight. Now 52lbs lighter, I can’t handle it at all! Any of you guys can relate?

Did MFP calculate the right maintenance calories for you?
Was wondering, for those on maintenance, if MFP had you spot on what your calorie allowance should be to maintain your weight? Or was it under or over?

Weekday vs weekend calories
Was wondering if any of you guys eat less calories throughout the work days and then more on the weekend? That might sound like a very simple question, but being at maintenance now I am thinking of saving more of my calories for the weekend. How well does that work?

Healthy tasty treats
So I usually eat Dannon’s Light & Fit Greek yogurt (loaded in protein and only 80c!), and today I put that sucker in the freezer, and BAM it was an ice cream treat that was even better! So I recommend giving it a try. What is your healthy tasty treat? Share away :)
