Getting back into swimming
I used to swim competitively but haven’t even swum laps in 5+ years. Mostly doing running/elliptical and weight lifting now, but I miss swimming and also like the idea of low impact cardio. Any tips for getting back into swimming from those that do it for a good cardio workout?

Too much protein?
Based on my taste preferences and I’m trying to keep within my calorie goals, I tend to eat at 40% protein, 30% fat, 30% carbs. So I generally eat 140+ grams of protein daily (and weigh 144). Is there any downside to this amount of protein?

Best dumbbell only training program?
Currently working out 4-5x per week but looking to start a more focused program. I’ve found a couple I’m interested in online but just wondering if anyone had any recommendations. Looking to lose fat (about 10 lbs) while maintaining strength.

What are your favorite free (or cheap) workout apps? I really like Nike Training app but I'm curious what else is out there.

Weak wrists/grip?
I'm struggling with increasing my weights (dumbells) for arm exercises to more than 25 lbs. my wrists/hands start to hurt. Any advice or exercises I can do to help? I feel like I could lift more and don't want to stagnate my progress.

Ladies, how much do you squat?
I'm working on lifting heavier. Currently at 4 sets of 5 reps, 120 lbs. I weight 143. Where are you at in your weight lifting journey?
