I've tried IF over the months but i really never had any luck because i would drink hard liquor on the weekend.. im reading ur body burns the alcohol before it burns ur fat which could take up to 48 hours depending how much you drink (which i was drinking alot) im going cold turkey and quitting completely. has anyone…

Eating window
I'm just starting OMAD 23:1 should you pick the same eating window everyday or does it matter.. say if i pick from 5PM-6PM to be my eating window should eat at that window everyday i know if not i won't be fasted for the 23 hours but wondering if it really mattered.

Cooking at home.
Alright lately I’ve been really counting my calories but when I eat at home say if I cooked voila which is pasta in a bag and say mc and cheese how do I count these? Or say spaghetti which I cook it with hamburger meat and mix it with preggo sauce. Is the real only way to count these calories is to buy a food scale?

2500 cals...
Myfitnesspal is set up for me to lose 2 lbs a week my cals are at 2500 but actually right now its at 2650 because exercise. i'm 6'0 and 270 lbs. is this truely right? lol.
