I am 24 weeks pregnant and I have already gained 30 pounds. I was afraid this would happen. I started out being over weight and really don't want to gain more. Doctor recommended only gaining 15-20 pounds through entire pregnancy. Any suggestions on how I can maintain this weight or things I can do so it is at least easier…
I have been working out about 4-5 times a week for a little over a month. The scale has not budged and I feel like I'm getting bigger. This week I decided to take a break and I see the scale going down. What is this all about? Why and I getting bigger and why once I stop working out am I losing weight?
