What is MyFitnessPal’s default macros, I can remember and I changed it but it’s not what I’m going by anymore. What should good macros be for something trying to lose weight?
I’m starting to get really discouraged
So I’m starting this meal plan tomorrow. I keep reading In the book and online to not bother counting the calories. But when I talk to other people online they say to always count the calories. The book I have is high calorie intake like sometimes 2,000.
Getting back into swing of things and I need some brainstorming going on!!
