What is MyFitnessPal’s default macros, I can remember and I changed it but it’s not what I’m going by anymore.
What should good macros be for something trying to lose weight?

50% carbs/30% fat/20% protein
Calorie deficit for weight loss. Macros are generally a personal preference.5 -
It really depends on the number of calories you are eating. I prefer to set my macro goals in grams and not in percentages of calories. In my case, it works out to about 30% protein (115 g/day), 30% fat (51 g/day) and 40% carbohydrate ( 153 g/day).0

If you just click on "View Guided Setup" under GOALS, it will set things back to default.1

Macros don't matter all that much for weight loss aside from the impact they can have in overall adherence. Set them so they make things as easy as possible for you.
