A little help
I’m trying to get this last bit of belly fat. I run about 40 miles a week, do a to of crunches and I’m tightening up my diet. Any other tips for getting that lower level of fat around the abs off?

The three to five pound flux.
So far I’m finding it possible to stay right around 178 (my goal weight). However I’m finding it is also pretty easy for me to shoot up to 182. Right now I’m pretty happy at 176. I find that when I don’t eat desserts (at all) I do much better.

Stuck on 178
I’m stuck on 178 pounds. I’d like to be 172 for marathon training. Plus I can’t seem to shake this bottom belly fat. Any advice? I’ve been stuck for about 3 months. I stay between 177-181. I eat pretty clean, watch my macros and run 40 miles a week for marathon training.
