I lost my streak
I was moving house and diary completion was delayed- is that why I lost it? I also adjusted my goals to lower calories due to weight loss so did that reset it? I know it’s not the main point but I had a solid 9 months streak so a bit bummed about it. :(

does anyone count other fluids like herbal tea or things like coconut water or vitaminwater (sugar free) towards their total water count for the day?

Sick calorie deficit
What do you do when you’re sick and can’t eat and don’t meet minimum calorie allowance? I don’t want to lose my diary streak of daily logging for two months but am too nauseous to eat enough. Thanks
