I know a couple of men and women who somehow manage to eat WHATEVER they want ( I am talking junk food and sweets EVERYDAY) and still manage to remain skinny without having to think about calories ! I am so jealous and curious to what their secret it ! what do you think ?

does cardio make you hungrier ?
I do 60 - 90 mins on the elliptical everyday , burning off about 550-600 calories , but I get really hungry after I exercise ! I get so hungry that I do not manage to keep a calorie deficit !Is it normal ? what can be done about it ?

disappointed in scale number
So I've been in a deficit for a week and today I decided to weigh myself and to my surprise , the scale went UP 2 pounds ! I feel like really discouraged right now and am thinking about ditching the scale and using a measuring tape! any thoughts ?
