I recently found this ice cream and it claims that it only has 49 calories per 100g . It tastes awesome and really fills you up ! But it seems like its too good to be true. Can it be possible that it actually does contain only 49 cals ? Here's its label :

It looks like they're using skimmed milk and sugar alcohols, so yes it's possible. Similar to Halo Top or Arctic Zero that you'd find in the States.1

Looking at the ingredients, I can see how they can say that - it doesn't have a lot of substance.0
