Increasing calories/macros
I had no idea that i wasn't even eating close to enough food! I was eating 1600 calories a day and wondering why i was always sore and why my weights never increased! I now consume 2400 calories, my energy levels, my mood, cardio, and weights have increased dramatically! its only been 2 weeks!
