How much fish is too much?
I love fish and seas food and sushi. I’m noticing I eat a lot of fish throughout the week between canned tuna and grilled salmon, or shrimp. Not eating too much sushi cause of the rice but will just eat raw ahi tuna. How much fish is too much? Are there symptoms I should watch out for in regards to mercury?
