I love fish and seas food and sushi. I’m noticing I eat a lot of fish throughout the week between canned tuna and grilled salmon, or shrimp. Not eating too much sushi cause of the rice but will just eat raw ahi tuna. How much fish is too much? Are there symptoms I should watch out for in regards to mercury?

Many countries offer their own guidelines for mercury content. Some guidelines can be found here: https://www.epa.gov/mercury/guidelines-eating-fish-contain-mercury2

Depends on the type of fish, some have much more mercury than others. I'd limit tuna more than salmon or trout or smaller fish. Here's one source: https://www.seafoodwatch.org/consumers/seafood-and-your-health
Also depends on age (more of an issue for children, for example) and whether you might get pregnant.0 -
Growing fins is a warning signal
Seriously, fish is healthy and delicious. Advice for fish is just like general nutritional advice: Don't eat too much of any one food, instead, eat a variety. This reduces the risk of getting too much of anything (nutrients as well as toxins), as well as increases the chance of getting enough of everything you need.0
