I am motivated by the fact that about a year and a half ago I was a size 12 in dress pants 10 in jeans and purchase I pretty nice wardrobe which I no longer fit in my goal is simply to get back into those pants

I find working out helps me stay on track with my calories because it changes the way I think about myself. I tend to think I worked too hard at the gym to eat that donut and me a healthier choice which keeps me in my calorie goals

It really is that simple. It’s just not a quick process and people tend to jump from fad diet to fad diet cause it’s not working fast enough but if you keep at a deficit you eventually loose all the weight you want.

Maybe get a buddy to workout with. I found that if I make plans with someone else the guilt of letting them down will get me to go and then once I’m there it’s a little easier.
