I notice that when i weigh myself in the morning i am like 2/3 less than when i weigh myself before i go to bed. So which weight should i consider? First weight in the morning or last weight before going to bed?
Some1 said i needed to drop 20lbs inorder to go from a size X to a size Y? I thought if you loose 10lbs or less you will drop in a dress size? Please i need answers
I have the tendency to climb on the scale every morning, which i don't believe its a good practice. The worst part about this is the fact that, on Tuesday your few pounds down and on Wednesday your like 4lbs heavier. What the heck did i do different? #Asking4afriend lol
