Things To Change
I had my last Diet Coke on January 1, 2017 and I am happy to say I seem to have this issue licked. Currently I have stopped snacking in my car and increase my aerobic activity, these to things alone should give me reduced weight and an improved level of fitness. What is everyone else doing?

One Good Week
I had a successful week I made some good choices with respect to junk food I avoided. Lots 3 lbs. Now if I can hit my goals before vacation.

Good Day!
I am a 62 year old male I always am doing something of a physical nature but also struggle with my weight. I set a goal for myself to drop 20 lbs over the next 3 months and I have a plan. Last year I vowed to eliminate diet coke from my diet and I am now over 12 months since my last. Happy New Year.

Getting On Track
I am a 62 year old and I am about 40 lbs overweight, in the meantime I do TRX 2 to 3 times per week and power walk weather permitting. the gym I attend is Fierce Fitness my mantra is feeling Fresh and Frisky, now adding Fierce to that. Best wishes to all enjoy your day and behave New Years Eve.
