I am a 62 year old and I am about 40 lbs overweight, in the meantime I do TRX 2 to 3 times per week and power walk weather permitting.

the gym I attend is Fierce Fitness my mantra is feeling Fresh and Frisky, now adding Fierce to that. Best wishes to all enjoy your day and behave New Years Eve.
