Is It Worth It?
Anyone use a heart rate monitor? Is it worth it? I have my Garmin, and it works perfectly. But I'm thinking about buying a new Garmin that has the heart rate monitor in it to get a more accurate reading on my calories burned.

Intermittent Fasting
When it comes to IF, would you say you HAVE to stick with the 16:8 hour span (if that's the method chosen)? Or as long as you fast for 16 hours, you can eat for however long it takes you to intake your needed calories? My daily schedule varies, but I'm thinking as long as I fast the 16 hours, I should be good regardless?

I can't lose weight
I'm trying to stay motivated, but it's like I can't find what works for me. I've done weight watchers, meal plans, weird diets, counting calorie. All I do is yoyo. I'll be doing good and then I just gain my few pounds that i lost, right back. I really don't know what to do. It's been years

The Dreaded Night Shift!
Does anyone work rotating shifts/3rd shift? Is it still possible to lose weight? I eat 1-2 meals a day and my sleeping patterns are Crazy. How is everyone else hanging in there?
