Does anyone work rotating shifts/3rd shift? Is it still possible to lose weight? I eat 1-2 meals a day and my sleeping patterns are Crazy. How is everyone else hanging in there?

Weight loss is down to having a calorie deficit, so as long as you stick to your calorie allowance its possible to lose weight.

Try editing your meal names to time frames i.e. instead of breakfast change the name to 00:00-06:00 and so on. As long as over time you are eating to your calorie allowance it makes no difference what time of day you're eating it.

The only thing that you may want to address is your sleeping pattern, I always found it difficult to sleep when I worked different shifts, and not getting decent sleep would increase my appetite, so things like blackout blinds/curtains, eyemask and earplugs were a must for me to get any sleep and try to get into some sort of routine on those days.

Agree with above, sleep is key. I also treat my days from when I wake up until I go to sleep. If my shift begins at 1800 on the 12th of the month, I log all my food for that shift on the 12th, including a 5am dinner on the 13th. I've maintained a massive weight loss over 3 months while doing shifts. Take a look at my diary for pointers.
