Considering Herbalife (What to you think?)
So I have not eaten breakfast regularly in my life. I started truly, purposefully intermittent fasting about a year ago. But, I have noticed feeling sluggish and generally exhausted in the mornings lately. A friend suggested Herbalife. What are your thoughts or/and experiences?

Advice on buying clothes...
I have officially lost a 106 pounds. But, dressing this new body is hard. Any advice or suggestions? 6 foot, 189 pounds. Pear shaped, 40-34-45. Top measurement mostly back and bones only an A cup.

Picking a Goal Weight?
How did you pick your goal weight? BMI, clothing size, magic high school number, body stopped losing, nice round number lost, or another method? I am lighter than I have been in 5 years, but I am unsure what my goal should be.
