My recommended fat % seems really high. What do you suggest?

Generally, .35 to .6g/lb of lean body mass is ideal. But it can be higher.
If you are concerned over fats, eat mostly MUFA and PUFAs and limit SFA. In other words, lean proteins, fish (especially dark fishes) and plant based fats.0
