What to eat before workout
I’ve see so many contradicting things about what people should eat before training in terms of macros...any advice? Do the macros even matter as long as you fuel with something? Thanks

Should you do push/pull ups everyday
Just wondering for someone who can’t do a full pull up & only a few knee push ups...should I do them every day to get stronger & better at them? And at what volume? The idea I have is to do the wide, shoulder, and closed grips/stance for both

Weight gain calories/macros?
For someone with a weight milestone in mind, should they eat a surplus and macros that would be considered maintenance for someone at that goal weight? Or is a basic surplus the best way...ex: I’m 116 (lost weight from being sick) but I want to reach 130 for now.
