Just wondering for someone who can’t do a full pull up & only a few knee push ups...should I do them every day to get stronger & better at them? And at what volume?
The idea I have is to do the wide, shoulder, and closed grips/stance for both

I enjoy doing pushups every day. You can do this exercise everywhere and whenever. Have you tried doing pushups against a wall. Over time, get into a more horizontal position (such as putting your hands on a table, bed, chair, stairs, etc.)1
