Maintenance and toning up?!
So after talking with my trainer today she has recommended that I should be on maintenance instead of trying to lose weight. My main concern is that if I do this i won’t tone up and will just get pudgy.. Is it still possible to tone up and slim down if I start eating at maintence?

How to stop binging on junk
Hey everyone I’m new to MFP and need some advice. I’ve been staying within my calories but i normally eat quite unhealthy. How can I trick myself or start incorporating healthier food without going under my calories?
