Have lost 13 pounds in 17 days!
Have only been eating whole wheat, fruits and veggies as my carbs as well as a high amount of protein and medium to low amount of fats. I started at 225 before Christmas and now am at 212! Not eating enough!
I have been eating really healthy it's just I get full easily and don't get enough calories sometimes only 600-900 and I'm a 5'5 female, it's just I'm so full I can't eat anymore. I need more of a balance, what's some healthy non filling calorie dense foods?
