started at 225 december of 2017 and am now 140! (I’m 5’5) this app has helped tons. I would use it every day in the beginning and am starting to again. i mainly focused on clean eating and moderating carb intake. I typically consume about 1200 cal. as well as some workouts when I got the time. I still have 15 more pounds to go. kinda feel weird doing this, but if I could help someone or motivate them that’d be so cool!
