With 8 days left in the month, let's set our February goals so we can hold each other accountable to how we're doing! My goals are...... Lose 8 pounds Go to 4 spin classes Go to the gym minimum 2 days a week Only 1 cheat meal a week - otherwise an 8 or 9/10 on the nutrition scale :)

January 29 Check In
Today has 100% been a Monday. Had to stop at McDonald's for breakfast because our blender broke... but I made the healthiest choice I could getting an egg mcmuffin no butter and no meat. Lunch I'm having salad and dinner will be shrimp and broccoli so I'll be back on track :)
