QUESTION: Pulley systems
Now, I am sure this has to do with torque or some such, but.....Why is the actual weight that you lift so different than the actual weight of the stacks. Deplating
Does anyone know how to de-plate properly? Do I just lower the weights until I can do 12 reps with last reps a strain? Need to give body a break from the heavy lifting, feeling it in my joints.

What do you watch during cardio?
I spend an hour on the stairmaster daily. However, if I have nothing to watch, forget it. Since my gym has free wifi, I stream Netflix and Funimation. Currently watching Punisher.
