hey all, i started 189 almost 190 not too long ago. after a few days of strict eating, no:pop, sweets, etc. im down to 180 !! ive commited to only eating chicken and broccoli with water/ pedialyte. i cut gatorade out too and even though im a little hungrier than usual, I LOVE how I feel and look now !!
