how to REALLY lose weight

coming from someone whos been at 250lbs at 5'5 and has lost over 120lbs. and gained weight 130-168 then back to 148 and is back at 183 (now 5'7)
the KEY to losing weight in a HEALTHY WAY is being active and being in a caloric deficit. people think there are magic pills, foods and workouts when its just watching and portioning the food you eat.
input your height and weight and get an idea of your BMI(body mass index),and your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure ) and go from there. there are many workouts to do involving NO equipment but you and 25 minutes. there are no excuses to stay at an unhealthy weight for so long. this app helps plenty when it comes to tracking calories.
