Hi so I have changed my calories to 1660 a day to loose 1.5lb a week. Just wondering when I gym should I eat my calories back or not? Just read up that a women needs 200 calories a day to maintain her weight. So if I was to eat back my calories I had I burnt today say 300 I would be eating 1960 a day....

Hey so just I usually just go with the flow at the gym usually go on the treadmill, bike & cross trainer. Does anyone have a cardio plan? I only do cardio because not sure how to use the weight machines.

Healthy meals?
My goal is 1240 today I had porridge for my breakfast, 1 jackpot potatoe with beans for dinner & 1 chicken wrap with salad for my tea & that was my calories gone for the day.
